These works are protected under Title 17 of the United States Code, including the Architectural Works Copyright Protection Act (AWCPA).

2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

The viewing, downloading, or printing of any content from this website is permitted solely for personal, non-commercial evaluation of Lorca Group LLC’s services. It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any residential designs, CAD drafting assets, or 3D renderings.

  • Modify, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on Lorca Group LLC’s designs.

  • Utilize any site plans, floor plans, or blueprints displayed on this website to construct a physical structure without an executed service agreement and a distinct licensing contract.

3. CLIENT USAGE RIGHTS AND LICENSING

Engagement of Lorca Group LLC for residencial design drafting and design services does not constitute a transfer of copyright ownership. The delivery of final technical documentation grants the client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to construct one (1) single structure on the specific lot designated in the service agreement. Lorca Group LLC retains all overarching intellectual property rights to the original designs and methodologies.

4. TRADEMARK NOTICE

“Lorca Group LLC,” the Lorca Group logo, and any related brand identifiers are trademarks and trade names of Lorca Group LLC. Unauthorized use of these identifiers in connection with any product or service that does not originate from Lorca Group LLC, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, is prohibited under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C.).

5. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This website may reference or display third-party trademarks, software names, or infrastructure providers. These assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners. Lorca Group LLC claims no ownership over third-party software code, plugins, or external brand identities.

6. INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATIONS

Lorca Group LLC enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
