Puerto Rico Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-DR & MIT)
Demonstrating our capacity for high-volume, highly regulated technical drafting, Lorca Group actively participated in the preparation of final construction blueprints for over 600 new residential homes in Puerto Rico. Contracted under the direction of RossiLugo Architecture, this large-scale disaster recovery initiative is managed by the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH). The project demanded absolute precision and adherence to rigorous federal and local resiliency standards, ensuring every unit meet the strict criteria of the CDBG Disaster Recovery and Mitigation funds.
