Designing highly functional and aesthetically profound spaces since 1991. Relocating to the US in 2018, he has since dedicated his expertise to Florida residential design. Specializes in spatial flow, indoor-outdoor living integration, and achieving high energy efficiency while maintaining absolute compliance with local building codes.

To ensure a highly accurate and efficient design phase, we require foundational data before commencing our design studies. Having these items ready allows us to hit the ground running.
Certified Lot Survey
A recent boundary and topographic survey. This is legally required to analyze setbacks, easements, and buildable area limits according to your local zoning ordinances.
Site Photography
Current photos of your land or existing structure. Visual context helps us understand the natural landscape, adjacent properties, and potential views to capture.
Desired Project Timeline
A general understanding of your schedule. Whether you need expedited construction documents or are in the early exploratory phases, knowing your timeline allows us to structure our resources appropriately.
