AFTER YOU SUBMIT

1. INITIAL REVIEW & PROPOSAL

Our team will review your inquiry and respond within 2 to 3 business days. If necessary, we may request additional details to properly confirm the required services. Once your project needs are fully clarified, we will provide a formal proposal outlining the precise scope of work, execution schedule, total cost, and payment terms.

2. PROJECT KICKOFF & CODE VERIFICATION

Upon your approval of the proposal and receipt of the initial payment, we initiate the project. For Custom Homes, Small Houses, and ADUs, our first step is to verify local building department requirements, zoning standards, and submission procedures to ensure compliance before design begins

3. SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE

For Custom Homes, Small Houses, and ADUs, we develop the initial schematic designs. This phase provides a comprehensive visualization of your future home. It includes floor plan layouts , 3D volumetry and exterior elevations. These concepts are presented to you for review and formal approval before we proceed to technical drafting.

4. FINAL DELIVERY & PERMIT SUBMISSION

Upon your approval of the schematic designs, we complete the comprehensive residential plan set and deliver the final technical documents to you. You (or your designated third-party contractor) will then submit these finalized plans directly to your local building department for permit approval.
